Governor Theodore R. McKeldin of Maryland and Solicitor General Simon Sobeloff and their wives sailed today for Israel as guests of the C. I. O. and Histadrut. As trustees of the Philip Murray Memorial Foundation, they will participate in the dedication of the Philip Murray Cultural Center of Histadrut at Elath.
A C. I. O. delegation headed by president Walter Reuther is departing this Sunday by air and will join Gov. McKeldin and Mr. Sobeloff at the dedication exercises arranged by the Israel Labor Federation.
