The Jewish National Fund has been given the “green light” by the 23rd World Zionist Congress and is now free to increase income from its traditional collections to the maximum, Dr. A. Granott, world head of the Jewish National Fund, said in a message read today to the first provincial convention of the J.N.F., now in session here.

“We have obtained what we asked for and the delimitation of activities in Israel gives us a large field of action,” Dr. Granott declared.
