The Government has repealed the emergency law prohibiting anti-Jewish incitement which had been passed last Spring shortly after the Venizelist revolt and substituted for it a new law which forbids appearance in the press of any “defamatory or inciting material.” Violation of the press law will be punishable by the criminal courts.
