A panic was created today among the Jews visiting the principal Jewish cemetery of Warsaw, as is customary on the eve of Yom Kippur, when a hand grenade exploded and seriously injured Sara Rotstein and Jacob Lewinsky. Four others were slightly hurt. An investigation has thus far established that the explosion was an accident, the grenade having come from a nearby military post.
