Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, organized a demonstration in Jerusalem to urge Israelis to donate organs for transplant. According to the Israel Association for Transplants, Israel has among the lowest rates of organ donation in the Western world. In a show of solidarity with Israel, Hadassah is holding its annual convention this week in Jerusalem.
