A Haganah spokesman told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that every Jew who left Europe from Palestine Via the underground since the end of the war travelled under Haganah auspices. He challenged claims by other groups – notably the Hebrew Committee for Liberation – that they had transported visaless Jews.
