A flying saucer was reported last night by a Haifa resident. The strange disk, the first to be spotted in Israel, was described as “greenish, shout the size of a saucer and elliptical with a broad, rapidly revolving belt around its middle.” The saucer was seen flying, according to the witness, for three seconds above Mount Carmel in a northwesterly direction.
