Harry D. White, former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and consultant to the Institute on Overseas Studies established by the Council of Jewish Federations and Welfare Funds, died hero last night. He was 56 years old. Funeral services will take place in Boston Thursday morning. Rabi Irving Mandell, of Temple Israel, will officiate.
