Harry Greenstein, deputy director of the Welfare Division of UNRRA, has just left for Cairo where he will take charge of the welfare operations of UNRRA in the Middle East, it was announced today.
In addition to the general direction of the welfare program, Mr. Greenstein will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the American and British voluntary agencies operating in the Middle East, the announcement said.
