Harry J. Goodelman, Yiddish Poet and Painter, Dies in New York; Was 75

Harry J. Goodelman, poet, painter and Yiddish writer, died yesterday at the age of 75. He wrote humorous articles for Yiddish magazines under the pseudonym of Chochem Atik and had once been the editor of the modern Yiddish poetry magazine “Poesia.” A bock of his poetry, “Minutes,” was published in 1923.
