Hate mail that may have been sent by a white supremacist group linked to shootings in the Midwest last summer was sent to more than a dozen historically black colleges and a Jewish group in Georgia. The letters, which referred to the term “rahowa,” which is used by the World Church of the Creator, contained expletives and warned that “the white race will be preserved forever.”
