Haym Salomon’s Relatives in Poland Claim $6,500,000 from U.S. Government

The descendants of the relatives of Haym Salomon, Polish Jewish emigrant who aided the American colonies during the Revolution, will present their claims to the United States government for payment of the principal and interest on the loans advanced by Salomon to the American colonies.

Persons claiming to be the descendants of Haym Salomon met in Lodz and considered the method of presenting this claim. It was estimated that it would amount to $6,500,000.
