The attitude of the British administration in Palestine during last Summer’s disturbances is severely criticised in the completed draft of the editorial committee’s report on the Mandates Commission’s observations on the Palestine situation, it is learned. The unanimously completed draft of the report is understood to be a large elaborate document touching on all Palestine questions. The next plenary session of the Commission will be devoted to a discussion of the draft of the report.
