Heavy Snow, Rarity in Jerusalem, Falls on City; Traffic Snarled; Accidents Reported

A heavy snow, which is a rarity in this area, has been falling in Jerusalem since yesterday and has covered sections of the city to a depth of six inches. Traffic has been snarled as a result of the storm and convoys proceeding to the Mt. Scopus area have been delayed. Many trees have fallen and a member of accidents have been reported.
