Special honors were accorded here today to Prof; Israel S; Drapkin, head of the Institute for Criminology of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, who had just completed a series of university lectures as the guest of the Latin American Institute of Criminology.
He was received by the State Secretary of Justice, under whose Ministry the Institute operates, by other Government officials, and leading jurists and attorneys of Brazil. Dr. Drapkin was born in Argentina.
