The Hebrew University’s natural science faculties studert capacity will be increased by 50 per cent with implementation of a five-year, 50,000,000 pound ($17,000,000) expansion program approved here today.
The program, approved at a meeting between Finance Minister Pinhas Sapir and University officials, provides that the Government will give one-third of the money in the form of a lean. The other two-thirds will be raised by supporters of the university in other countries, chiefly the American Friends of the school.
