The Hebrew University’s new 175 acre campus was formally inaugurated this evening at a ceremony attended by President Itzhak Ben Zvi, Premier David Ben Gurion, foreign diplomats and leaders of every walk of Israeli life. Even as the ceremony proceeded, four years after the campus had been dedicated, workmen moved busily about under hot floodlights completing six more buildings to add to the 24 already up and in use.
