Henry Meyers, Detroit communal leader and attorney, has been named national chairman of the newly-created Committee for the Bureau of Personnel and Training of the National Jewish Welfare Board, it was announced here today by Frank L. Weil, J.W.B. president. The new committee will be the policy-making body for J.W.B.’s Bureau of Personnel and Training.
