The election of Hermann Mirkin and Rabbi Edward T. Sandrow to the board of directors of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency was announced today by Robert H. Arnow, JTA president. Mr. Mirkin is president of Mirkin & Co., members of the New York and American Stock Exchanges. He is president of the Fifth Avenue Synagogue and a member of the board of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations. Rabbi Sandrow is rabbi of Temple Beth El, Cedarhurst, L.I., and is president of the New York Board of Rabbis.
