Israeli Herut leader Menahem Beigin and French deputy Jacques Soustelle called for a full and permanent alliance between Israel and France at a Zionist meeting here today.
Both speakers declared that Israel and France would each gain from such an association which would “stem Arab imperialism” in the Middle East region.
