A Herzl memorial meeting is being arranged for Sunday evening, August 28th at Temple Israel, Nantasket Beach, under the auspices of the Brookline Zionist District.
Robert Szold, vice-president of the Zionist Organization of America, will be the guest of honor and principal speaker.Others speakers will include Mrs. Esther M. Andrews, member of the Governor’s Council, who has been prominent in Jewish communal affairs; Judge Francis S. Wyner, Honorary President of the Brookline Zionist District; Jennie Loitman Barron, leader of Hadassah; Albert Hurwitz, for a score of years a leader in New England Zionist affairs; Alexander Brin, editor and publisher of the “Jewish Advocate”; Coleman Silbert, I. J. Lowe, author; and Leon R. Eyges. Joseph Shubow will preside.
