“herzl Week” Proclaimed in Argentina; Religious Services Held in Leading Synagogues

The Zionist Central Council, representing all Zionist groups in Argentina, proclaimed this week as “Herzl Week” throughout the country. Religious services marking the transfer of the remains of the founder of political Zionism to Jerusalem were hold in this city’s leading Ashkenazic and Sephardic synagogues. Special meetings have also been called by the Jewish National Fund and other groups.
