Hezbollah offered to free a captive Israeli if Israel allowed trapped Palestinian gunmen to go free in Jenin. Hezbollah television broadcast the proposal from Hezbollah leader Sheik Hassan Nasrallah’s office in Beirut, Israel Radio reported Thursday.
