Hezbollah’s leader celebrated the resignation of Israel’s armed forces chief. Speaking to the Lebanese militia’s television station last Friday, Sheik Hassan Nasrallah said Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz’s resignation earlier in the week was “proof” that Hezbollah won its summer war with Israel.
