A decision to aid in the transportation of Chaluzim, Palestine pioneers, on their way to Palestine, was reached by the executive committee of the Hicem, the combine of the Hias. Ica and Emigdirekt for Jewish emigrant welfare work.
The sum of £300 was allocated by the Hicem for 60 Chaluzim who received their agricultural training on the training farm of the organization.
