High Court to Hear Case Against Butcher

Morris Weiner, a Kosher butcher at 2,633 Broadway, was held for Special Sessions by Magistrate Hulon Capshaw in West Fifty-fourth Street Magistrates’ Court yesterday on the charge of Retail Kosher Meat Trade Code Inspector Robert Cohen that he exposed and sold non-Kosher meat as Kosher. The case is the first action by this code authority to reach Special Sessions.
