Hindenburg Acknowledges Felicitations from Congregation

President Paul von Hindenburg of Germany has sent a letter to Rabbi Max Malina of the German-Jewish Congregation, acknowledging the cable of felicitations sent him by the Congregation on the occasion of his eighty-fifth birthday.

The President’s acknowledgement declares: “for the friendly wishes which you so kindly sent me on my 85th birthday, I wish to express my hearty thanks.”
