Edelman, secretary of the Ozet, which is supervising the Jewish colonization in Biro-Bidjan, to Biro-Bidjan and to eliminate the undesirable ones, complains in an article in the Moscow “Emes.”

Sir Osmond d’Avigdor Goldsmid, president of the Jewish Colonization Association and chairman of the Council of the Jewish Agency, arrived yesterday on the Majestic. With him was Louis Oungre, director of the J.C.A. in Paris. Both will confer with American-Jewish leaders here on refugee problems. On the same boat was Rabbi Morris S. Lazaron of Baltimore, Md., returning from a European trip.
