Holocaust survivors were among those who appeared in a Brooklyn court to give their opinions about a plan to divide up a historic Swiss settlement of Holocaust-era claims. Some of the survivors expressed concern about how long it has taken to distribute the $1.25 billion settlement, which Switzerland’s leading banks agreed to in August 1998.
