The Mexican Human Rights Front has awarded a special medallion to the French-Jewish statesman, Rene Cassin, the noted crusader for human rights. The medallion, which is awarded by the organization once each decade, was accepted on behalf of Mr. Cassin by the French Ambassador here, Jean de Lagarde, at a ceremony in the UN Information Office here.
