The Office of Abandoned Property was today li##idated by a decree of the Hungarian Government and all heirless and abandoned Jewish property will be transferred to the Jewish Rehabilitation Fund.At the same time, the government nullified all property transactions in##olving Jews after Dec., 1944. This move is expected to bring considerable new sums into the Rehabilitation Fund as Jewish property confiscated or sold under duress is recovered.
