Hungarian Finance Minister Lajos Remenyi-Schneller has stated that Hungary must solve her “Jewish problem” in the coming months, the Swiss radio reported today. He said there were about a million Jews in Hungary and they had to be provided for the time being with a modest possibility of earning a living.
