The ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin El Husseini, Yesterday received Dr. Izzat Tannous, director of the Arab center in London, here to discuss the forthcoming British-Jewish-Arab conferences on the Palestine situation. The British government has barred the ex-Mufti from the conferences. Before leaving London, Dr. Tannous said the conferences would be useless if certain Arab leaders were excluded. The Arab delegation to London will comprise eight members, including members of the outlawed Arab Supreme committee
