“As the Moon Rises,” an operetta with music by Franz Lehar and book and lyrics by Kay Kenny, will be presented by the Messrs. Shubert at the Shubert Theatre, Boston, during the week of April 9. The operetta is based on the music of “Gypsy Love” by Lehar.
