Israel’s export of women’s fashions to the United States is increasing constantly, Dr. E. Justic, director of the Fashions Department of the Manufacturers Association of Israel, declared today following his arrival here. He will promote the sale in this country of Israel-made ladies’ coats, dresses, sweaters, men’s raincoats and children’s sportswear.

“The United States market was found very responsive to our Israel-produced merchandise, and many orders have been placed,” Dr. Justic told representatives of the press. He emphasized that in seeking new markets in this country he will be working in close cooperation with the Economic Department of the Consulate of Israel in New York, the Economic Department of the Jewish Agency, and the American Economic Committee for Israel.
