The Bank for International Payments at Basle, “which is a Jewish bank”, is going to make a loan to Germany of the money which Germany has paid away already in reparations, but at usurious interest, the Hitlerist “Voelkischer Beobachter” announces to-day in huge type. It is claimed, it says, that the loan is to help to revive German economic life, but the real reason is that it will enslave the entire German people to the yoke of International Jewry.
