Introduction of the racial theory in Belgium was advocated by the Belgian delegate, Lambert, at a special session of the Frankfort Institute for Research into the Jewish Problem, it was reported here today.

Representatives of Nazi movements in Holland, Denmark and Norway voiced similar views. Anton A. Mussert and Major Vidkun Quisling, Nazi leaders in Holland and Norway, were reported to be among those attending the meeting.
