Iowa Governor Acts to Check Religious Discrimination in Employment

Gov. Leo A. Hoegh has appointed Meyer S. Levitt, of Sioux City, chairman of a committee to study the problem of employment discrimination in Iowa on grounds of race and religion. Mr. Levitt, a finance company executive, is active in Jewish affairs.
