Iran will never permanently cease enriching uranium, its chief nuclear negotiator said. The statement by Hassan Rowhani came during a conference on nuclear technology in Tehran over the weekend. Rowhani also warned that if the U.N. Security Council were to seek sanctions against Iran for its nuclear program, the stability of the region could be jeopardized.
