Iraq is the greatest threat facing Israel, Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said Tuesday. Responding to legislators’ questions in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Sharon said Israel does not know for certain if the United States will attack Iraq and is not intervening in U.S. decisions. But he said strategic coordination between Israel and the United States had reached “unprecedented dimensions.”
