The “irregularities” in the distribution of surplus American agriculture commodities. with which Israel, among some other countries. was charged this week by the International Cooperation Administration, have now been determined to have all occurred in the fields of activities of voluntary agencies as distinct from official Government channels.
These “irregularities, ” which were minor in nature, occurred several years ago and have since been rectified, it was established.
