Isaac Thalhimer, head of Thalhimer Bros., one of the largest department stores in Richmond, died here yesterday at the age of 75. Mr. Thalhimer, who was born in Richmond of German-Jewish parents, had been in business in this city for more than half a century. The funeral will be held tomorrow.
Mr. Thalhimer began work in his father’s store at the age of 13, together with four other brothers.
