Israeli Ambassador Avraham Harman conferred for almost an hour today with Secretary of State Dean Rusk, but he told reporters waiting outside to question him that he was unable to discuss any specifics of the meeting. The Ambassador was accompanied by Minister Mordechai Gazit.
