Satisfaction with the friendly relations existing between the United States and Israel was expressed in a resolution adopted here today at the national conference of the Israel-American Friendship League. More than 160 delegates representing several thousand members from various parts of Israel are attending the conference.
Addressing the delegates, American Ambassador Monnett B. Davis said he was happy to see the growing development of mutual understanding between Israel and the United States. He stressed the fact that both nations are deeply interested in preserving the principles of democracy, freedom and equality.
