Maj. Gen. Moshe Dayan, Chief of Staff of the Israel Army, left today for a month-long tour of South Africa and Ghana. He will spend three weeks visiting South African Jewish communities, at the invitation of the local Zionist movement. During his week in the new African member of the British Commonwealth, Gen. Dayan hopes to learn as much as possible of the people and government of the all-Negro country.
