Israel arrested three suspected terrorists in the West Bank. One of the three, Ibrahim Nazal, told interrogators he intended to carry out a suicide bombing in Israel, Army Radio reported. Nazal is the brother of a suicide bomber who attacked a bus in Tel Aviv in 1994, killing 22 people and wounding 42 others.
