The Cabinet yesterday approved the request by Cologne attorney Robert Servatius for the Israel Government to pay $20, 000 to cover the legal fee and expenses for his defense of Adolf Eichmann, the Nazi war criminal who directed the mass killing of 6, 000, 000 Jews in Europe, and who is scheduled to go on trial here in two months.

Justice Minister Pinhas Rosen, who reported the request to the Cabinet, noted that there was no other source of funds to pay the fee and the expenses.
