The Israel Cabinet approved today a budget of 1,166,000,000 pounds for the 1958-59 fiscal year. Premier David Ben Gurion also reported to the Ministers on the Mt. Scopus agreement negotiated by Dr. Francisco Urrutia. Mr. Ben Gurion conferred with the UN Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold’s representative, before the Colombian diplomat departed for New York.
