Israel Closes Gaza Crossings After Attack

Israel sealed its border crossing with the Gaza Strip after continued rocket attacks.

Tuesday’s move comes after the Palestinians fired a Kassam rocket into southern Israel earlier in the day. Another rocket launched Monday from Gaza landed in Israel.

Israel on Monday had allowed 42 trucks with humanitarian supplies into Gaza and resumed pumping industrial diesel fuel. Israel had said it would keep the crossings open as long as there were no rocket attacks.
