Israel Defense Force officials formulated a plan for a unilateral withdrawal from southern Lebanon, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. The plan, code- named “Morning Twilight,” calls for the creation of a 500-yard buffer zone north of Israel’s border with Lebanon.
